Description
The house is situated 400 meters above the Var valley nestled in a 4300 m² large terraced ground, which is covered with old olive and fruit trees and ancient oaks. On the lowest terrace is the spacious pool area. The front terrace opens to the southwest and shows a panoramic view from the sea-Alps to the Mediterranian sea. The house is comfortably furnished and offers enough space for people. Of course, dishes, glasses and kitchen houseware are available in sufficient quantity.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the old road from Carros Village to Gattières, also a historic village in the Var valley, where all daily need of food or drinks can be covered. As this Old Route de Gattières is today used only by residents, the house is situated in a very quiet residential area. The 4300 square meter site is divided into 5 terraces: the top terrace locates the house with panoramic views to the sea and the Alps, on the lowest terrace is the pool area, which can be totally shut up the accordance with French legislation. Carros consists of two parts: Carros Village and Carros Le Neuf. Carros Le Neuf is the modern center is with administration services, supermarkets and industry, whereas Carros Village is the historic village, which is grouped high above Carros le Neuf on a hill around an old castle. The village offers catering and cultural events as well as beautiful walks around the castle; in Carros Le Neuf you will find besides your need for daily supply, sports facilities such as tennis, golf and others.

Great house in a quiet location
We had 2 very nice and quiet weeks in the villa. The service on site and also by phone to Germany was impeccable. We especially liked the great pool, there is even a table tennis table. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the stay and the view from the terrace.

Dreamlike holiday
We spent two wonderful weeks in the south of France and in the fantastic Azur-Rêve property. The area along the Côte d'Azur - which can be easily explored from the holiday home by car, bike or on foot - is extremely diverse and varied in terms of landscape and culture. We felt comfortable in the spacious holiday home and found everything we needed in the household. We especially enjoyed the terrace with a picturesque view that stretched from the mountain range across the river estuary to the sea. We all also enjoyed swimming in the large pool, which was a welcome way to cool off after excursions. The communication with the landlords was always friendly and the on-site support was also impeccable. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay - thank you very much!

Quiet and relaxing family holiday
We spent two wonderful weeks as a family in Azur-Rêve. It was a holiday like one can "rêve" (dream). The house is in a very quiet location and offers a wonderful view of the Nice coast. The pool, the spacious property and the house itself are very well maintained and offer all the necessary comforts. We will definitely come back again! Many thanks to the lovely hosts.

Everything perfect!
Very beautiful and spacious holiday villa with breathtaking 180 degree views from the west of Nice and the sea to the Alpes Maritimes, above which the clouds tower. You don't want to leave the large panoramic terrace, where a breeze always blows and the huge awning provides shade. The house sits on a terraced plot surrounded by old trees, where our dog also felt comfortable. The large green-turquoise pool is located a bit away from the house on one of the lower terrace levels, which was ideal for our teenagers: they could also stay out of each other's way, with some on the terrace enjoying the view and others down by the pool, where they could listen to music and play table tennis. Night swimming in the pool, illuminated in changing colors under the starry sky, is unforgettable. The drive to the sea is not so easy to find in the chaotic streets of West Nice, but the pool area at the house makes up for it. Nice with its cultural diversity is easily accessible via the motorway, but the surrounding villages also entice with their charm. The German owners handled everything very warmly, personally, attentively and customer-oriented from a distance, as did the local caretaker on site. Everything perfect!

A dream on the Cote d'Azur
We spent a very nice holiday week with our family (2 adults and 3 children) in the Azur-Reve holiday home. The location is heavenly, the view of Nice wonderful. The facilities and service are very good. The arrival and departure formalities were problem-free. We can highly recommend the holiday home.

Azure Dream / Carros
We have been to Azur Reve for the second time now. We would love to come back. We especially like the large terrace, which provides shade all day long, and of course the large pool where the whole family has fun.

Pure relaxation - upscale villa
We had a wonderful holiday here in September 2016. Our two dogs felt very comfortable on the large property. Thanks again to the Becker family and of course to Christian who accompanied us on a trip to the city of Nice.
