Our houses are top, a pure holiday residential area in the district. Located at the end of a cul de sac, you will find peace here certainly. There are only 250 m to the beach. Friedrichskoog is a small fishing and seaside resort with lots of nature and healthy air. Gelungener Familienurlaub
Wie sagen DANKE für einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus Sandboll. Uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) hat es allen sehr gut gefallen hier in Friedrichskoog-Spitze und wir überlegen schon, unsere nächsten Sommerferien wieder an der Nordsee zu verbringen. Wir wünschen alles Gute und verbleiben mit herzlichen Grüßen.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Mehr Strandnähe ist kaum möglich. Kleine, ruhige Sackgassen, ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
free time activities: Wir konnten in 14 Tagen nicht alles erkunden. Das Angebot ist groß.
shopping facilities: Einkäufe sind ca. 5 km vom Haus im Ort Friedricshkoog möglich. Hier bekommt man alles, was nötig ist.

Tolle Woche
Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche im Haus Sandboll mit 3 Erw. und 2 Kindern. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Schlafzimmer sind für ein Zusatzbett etwas klein und so war es in dem einen etwas eng - aber es ging. Der Wohnraum ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Auch Klasse ist der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner (Münzbetrieb) und ausreichend Wäscheständern. Leistete uns gute Dienste nach den Wattwanderungen.
Super sind auch die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder. Sind zwar ältere Modelle aber für jede Größe ist was dabei und für kurze Touren reichen die allemal.
Die Lage von Haus Sandboll ist perfekt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch das Touristenzentrum mit kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei gutem Wetter sind die Nordsee und das Watt immer wieder spannend und interessant. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es auch genug zu tun, z.B. Thermalbad, Seehundstation oder für Kinder den Indoor-Spielplatz-Wal.
Organisation und Ablauf wurden von den Vermietern profimäßig gemanagt.
So, nun habe ich ganz entgegen dem schwäbischen Motto "net bruddld isch gnuag globt" echt viel gelobt. Abschließend vielleicht noch: Es hat uns allen, vom Kindergartenkind bis zur Oma, super gut gefallen und wir wären gerne noch geblieben. Auf jeden Fall waren wir nicht das letzte Mal da und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir freuen uns, dass unsere Bemühungen anerkannt werden. Unsere Häuser sind nur für 4 Personen ausgelegt, da der Raum durch die Bauvorschriften der Gemeinde begrenzt war.
Ein TIPP: Wir haben eine Doppelhaushälfte, wo im 2. Schlafzimmer kein Doppelbett steht. Hier können drei Personen komfortabler unterkommen. Fragen Sie uns gern.
