The Villa La Rogaia was with old world craftsmanship and modern design ideas lovingly restored. By exceptional natural stone works and works of art by sculptor and stonemason Wolfgang Sandt got any of the apartments with their own character. The house is surrounded by spacious gardens with swimming pool and a sculpture park. Private terraces, seats and gardens for each of the apartments allow quiet. The house is surrounded by nature, about 4 km from the nearest town of Castel Rigone, District of Passignano sul Trasimeno, and is accessible by a dirt road by car, bike or on foot. The nearest train station, Passignano sul Trasimeno, is situated 15 km. Rail passengers we get there from you. Apartment \"Il Peperino\" (90 square meters) center of this large apartment for four people is the traditional Umbrian kitchen. In front of the fireplace you can meet for dinner, games, celebration or relaxation. There is space for a family or a small group. We have had a large country house near Passignano sul Trasimeno in beautiful Umbria for many years. We run a small organic farm, produce olive oil and grow lavender, scented roses and fruit. We also rent out holiday flats, organise various courses (sculpting, painting, cooking, creative writing, dancing) and organise hikes, cultural tours and wine tastings.
