Location and surroundings of object
Only 5 km from the city centre of Dresden, the house is located close to the city centre in the middle of a green single-family house settlement in a large garden. You can reach the historic city centre by bus (4 minutes' walk) or train (1 bus stop) in about 20 minutes. The property is in a quiet location. You can reach the A17 / exit Neustadt in a few minutes. This guarantees a comfortable journey and even more distant destinations, such as the Saurierpark Kleinwelka, can be reached quickly. The nearest open-air swimming pool, 8 km away, with several pools and a natural lake is the Köditzer Bad in Coswig.
You can reach it by car or by bike on the Elbe cycle path in about 30 minutes (passing 2 beer gardens).
For colder days, an indoor swimming pool with sauna world in Radebeul on Bolivarstr. is only 10 minutes away by car.
Shopping facilities:
Only two bus stops away, you can stroll through the shopping streets in the large shopping centre "Elbepark" with Kaufpark, Aldi, Ikea, Media Markt, Höffner, etc. or also spend pleasant hours in the UCI cinema, in restaurants or bowling. Cycling tour on the Elbe cycle path: The Elbe cycle path is only 5 minutes away.
This way you can combine physical activity with a city holiday and reach the city centre and the surrounding countryside far away from car noise and traffic jams via the landscape conservation area of the Elbe meadows.

We have done some remodelling work. For example, both bedrooms can now be entered through separate doors, so there is no longer a passageway. The bathroom has been renovated.
The whole house is barrier-free, the doors are 0.95m wide. There is a fireplace in the living room as additional heating
The house is also suitable for a longer stay for business purposes - WLAN,PC workstation, large modern TV .
Fitters are very welcome.

It was a very nice vacation in Dresden.
We felt very comfortable in Mrs. Großmann's holiday accommodation. She always had an open ear for questions. Although the apartment is not centrally located, the tram connection was great for us. In 9 minutes on foot, you could reach the starting point and go directly to the city center. We left the car parked a lot and used the tram. It was a very nice vacation for us. The children always enjoyed using the pool after the outings. We would love to come back.

Always happy to do it again!
On arrival, everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were wheelchair-accessible, and everything was sufficiently large, bright and friendly. There is more than enough storage space, as well as places to sit and lie down. A separate entrance through the garden completes the offer. Two seating areas in the garden invite you to linger in good weather.

Very very nice accommodation
This accommodation, furnished with a lot of love, can only be recommended!!!! Lots of space, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful garden with pool and most importantly very quiet and super nice landlady. Thank you for this great holiday!!!!

Holiday with wheelchair
Very nice hosts await you in this holiday flat. Especially suitable for wheelchair users, as everything is at ground level, with wide doors and a freely accessible shower. Early in the morning you will be woken up by birdsong, as the house is located in a very green and quiet residential area and yet only a few kilometres away from the beautiful old town of Dresden.

After trying my hand at various jobs - laboratory assistant, managing an EDEKA market, cosmetics and nutrition counselling, sales - private renting was added in 1990. Wherever you feel good, you stay. And so today I run a small studio for care and nutritional counselling in our home in Kaditz and am a hostess from the heart.
