Description
Comfortable holiday home from a private owner (renovation in 2023) in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen, located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune with its fine sandy beach.
You don't need a minute's walk from the front door to the seawater (the small beach access is diagonally opposite the front door).
Modern and comfortably furnished, it offers you an ideal holiday destination close to the beach! The house in detail:
The semi-detached house (living area more than 90 m² incl. attic) consists of a friendly living room (south side) with open fitted kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and a small separate WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 room with double bed / 1 room with two single beds) and the bathroom with WC, shower and bath. In the attic there is a 3rd bedroom with a bed and a couch (each of which can be pulled out as a further emergency bed).
Further equipment features of the house are underfloor heating on the ground floor; SAT/cable TV in the living room (ground floor) as well as in the bedrooms (upper floor); clock radios partly with CD at the beds; in the living room there is a radio with Blue Ray/DVD player, a small chess computer, a game collection; the existing (old) bicycles and the charcoal grill in the shed can be used if required.
Also available: a table football table, dimensions: W1300 mm x D700 mm, if it rains.
Internet use / WLAN possible.
Outdoor area:
At the living room there is a sunny terrace facing south (beach chair and furniture available on the terrace).
A free parking space is available at the house (there is also room for a second car).
It is only a few metres to the beach with its infrastructure (beach chair, beach supply, ice cream shop, etc.)

Location and surroundings of object
The quiet location and close proximity to the sandy, clean beach and the promenade and the town center will delight you. Shops, restaurants and beach tent situated at walking distance in a few minutes. The cottage is an ideal base to explore in particular the north of the island of Usedom by the beautiful nature up to Peenemunde. Outside: On the living room there is a sunny terrace in the south (patio furniture available). A free parking space is available at the house (a second car also has space). A few meters away from the beach are its infrastructure (beach chair, beach catering, ice cream parlor, etc.) The Baltic Sea is the latest Ostseebad Karlshagen at the Usedom Baltic coast. Noteworthy are the fine sandy beach, the largely unspoilt dune landscape that blends the perfect promenade. The excellent infrastructure of the place will leave nothing to be desired holiday. Karl Hagen is a very good starting point to explore in particular the green island north of Usedom. Also Peenemünde with its museum facilities to the beginnings of rocketry is always worth a visit. Various excursion boats run from Karl Hagen port along the Peene river and the Bay of Greifswald and the Baltic Sea including the islands Ruden or Greifswald Oie.

Great house in a very good location.
My husband and I stayed at the holiday home from May 13th to May 20th, 2023. The equipment is great! The direct location to the beach and city center is really great! The only thing I missed on the still cool evenings in the large living/dining area was a wool blanket to snuggle up in after an evening walk. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Cosy holiday home
A very homely and cosy holiday home - excellently equipped. Especially the kitchen equipment (large selection of pots, pans, other kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, etc.) allows for good self-catering even on holiday!
Despite the cold and often rainy weather, we felt very comfortable with two adults and two children. We also liked the proximity to the beach...We would love to come back!

Gerne wieder
Alles super. Der Wohnraum ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund , aufgrund der nahen Lage zum Strand inbegriffen. Die Umgebung ist gut geeignet für
Ausflüge und der Strand ist ein Traum. Immer wieder gerne. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Top Lage
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienhausanlage ist sehr schön und top gepflegt.
Der kurze Weg zum Strand und zum kleinen Zentrum ist ideal. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.
Was vielleicht noch wünschenswert wäre, wären dunkle Vorhänge im Schlafbereich und ein Wäscheständer für die nassen Badesachen. Das ist aber schon jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Zu den Badesachen: Wir hängen diese immer an den Wäschetrockner an, festgebaut an der Außenwand des Hauses, oder manchmal auch an der Leine im Schuppen.

Gelungener Familienurlaub
Eltern, Kinder, Enkelkind - alle waren gut in dem Ferienhaus Beese untergebracht. Es gab genug Platz für die Familie (6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind); in der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts. Unsere Kleine nutzte gern das vorhandene Spielzeug, danke!
Leider konnte dieses Jahr keine Wäsche gestellt werden, deshalb der kleine Abzug in der Bewertung "Service". Die Lage des FH dagegen ist optimal.
Alle Familienmitglieder waren sehr zufrieden.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir waren in den Osterferien das erste Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus zu Gast,und alle waren vom ersten Tag an begeistert.In diesem Haus ist alles vorhanden was das Urlauberherz begehrt.Ein großer Kühlschrank,der auch für 6 Personen geeignet ist(was nicht immer üblich ist),super tolle Betten,wo man auch keine Rückenschmerzen bekommt,die Zimmer toll ausgestattet,mit großen Fernsehern,und dem Kickertisch als Hauptattraktion.
Noch dazu kommt die super Lage,in wenigen Metern ist man an der Ostsee,und kann auch morgens das Rauschen der Wellen hören oder dem Sonnenaufgang entgegenfiebern.
Alles in Allem,ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Pure Baltic Sea :)
We spent 2 weeks with 5 adults in the semi-detached holiday home. The location is ideal: in about 80m you are at the beach and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the main beach with restaurants and music shell. There is a kiosk directly at the beach crossing near the house, which has boats in the morning and plenty of other things for small purchases. The house itself is big enough for 5 adults. Bathroom and bedroom on the first floor are fine, the beds have firm mattresses and are not worn out! The bedroom on the second floor is also fine. (Maybe think about a second bed instead of a sofa, just an idea from here) In the kitchen and living area there was everything you need for a holiday. The terrace had garden furniture, a beach chair and a large parasol. A small barbecue could also be used. We were all satisfied and can recommend the accommodation. For us, it was a good accommodation and ideally located. We would be happy to come back again ourselves.

Wunderschöne Ferientag zu Silvester in Karlshagen
Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien in Karlshagen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, viel Platz für "Kind und Kegel ". Da sich die Zimmer auf 3 Etagen verteilen, findet jeder ein "Fleckchen", um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Der Fußball-Kicker im Erdgeschoss war ein toller Freizeitspass für die Kinder und für die Erwachsenen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in Karlshagen/Usedom
Zum wiederholten Male machten wir Urlaub in dem gut gepflegten und ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es bietet alles, was eine größere Familie für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.
Vom mit TV ausgestatteten Schlafzimmern (3!), über einen Kickertisch bis hin zur komplett ausgestatteten Küche ist alles vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Dazu hat man eine sonnige Terrasse und ein Gartenhäuschen für das Fahrrad, Bollerwagen u.s.w..
Ganz besonders punktet das Ferienhaus neben seiner Größe durch die Nähe zu Strand und Promenade. Bis zum Strandaufgang sind es kaum 20 m und nach ca. 300 m ist man an der Promenade.
Die etwas größeren Kinder können allein zum Eisessen, Minigolf, Vorführungen der Konzertmuschel...
Am Strandaufgang ist ein Kiosk, der mit frischen Brötchen, Imbis und anderen Dingen täglich versorgt.
Der Strand ist sauber und teilt sich am Aufgang in Textilstrand in die eine und FKK in die andere Richtung.
Karlshagen selbst bietet neben Gastronomie und schönem Spielplatz auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist nicht so überlaufen wie die Kaiserbäder Usedoms.
Sollte mal das Wetter nicht so mitspielen, stehen in Peenemünde und Trassenheide (Nachbarorte) ein Vielzahl von Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten Indoor bereit.
So kommt einfach keine schlechte Stimmung auf.
Das Ferienhaus der Familie Beese ermöglicht einen entspannten Familienurlaub für jedes Familienmitglied.
