Description
The holiday home is located near the sea on the Cote d`Azur in Sanary sur Mer.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a pretty house and offers 70m² of space for 1 to 5 people. It is divided into 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa beds, a kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) and a bathroom.
In the living room and bedroom you can use a large satellite TV with German channels. WLAN included. Internet radio with all programmes worldwide is available in every room.
The 200m² garden invites you to barbecue or relax. The garden is behind the house on the quiet side. In the garden are two tables, two parasols and many deck chairs. You can also use a barbecue with plancha. Furthermore, there is the possibility to play petanque and table tennis in the garden. There is a parking space for cars on the enclosed property.
The landlord speaks fluent German and English as well as French and is available to answer your questions throughout your stay. A guidebook with suggestions for hikes and other leisure activities is available in the flat and invites you to explore the area.

Location and surroundings of object
Sanary-sur-Mer is a former fishing village on the Cote d'Azur that has retained its original charm. The harbour is particularly beautiful when you sit in a street café, have a drink and look out over the azure sea, stroll along the promenade or climb up to the little chapel from where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. There are also many opportunities for cycling near Sanary.
Thanks to a bus stop right in front of the house, you can also explore the surroundings by public transport. But the most important destinations are also easy to reach on foot:
- The sea awaits just a 10-minute walk away with sandy beaches and cliffs.
- The city centre can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot (or in 5 minutes by car), where you will find the harbour and the pedestrian zone. There you will find many restaurants, shops, a cinema, a theatre, a casino and bars/pubs. Because of the distance to the city centre, a quiet, private stay in the large garden and the beautiful surroundings is possible.
- Every morning there is a market where you can buy fresh fruit, olives, cheese or seafood. In summer there is also a night market.
- A small supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher's shop, an organic supermarket, a vinotek and a tobacconist/bookshop are 5 minutes away on foot.
- An indoor swimming pool and a tennis court are 2km away.
Would you like to experience an active holiday ?
You can do sports: Windsurfing at Brutal Beach (5min), diving, sailing, motor boating, hiking along the sea, on nearby islands or in the mountains, mountain biking in the forests, tennis (5min), golf (10min).

If you don't want to use a car, there is a bus stop in front of the house with the connection to Bandol or Toulon. From the train station in Sanary, you can discover the area by train.
In the evening, you can dine in the pubs and restaurants in Sanary and enjoy local wine from Bandol. You can also enjoy a barbecue in the garden.
Do you just want to relax?
You can sleep in late in the morning and enjoy your breakfast outside in the sun with fresh French delicacies from the boulangerie. Then walk to the beach, take a swim and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
La Nomade's garden also offers a variety of activities: table tennis and petanque are always available. Sun loungers are available for relaxation.
Would you like to discover the area?
You can visit the beautiful and famous cities of Toulon , Hyeres or Marseille. If you are more interested in the beautiful countryside, drive to the lovely villages of La Cadiere or Le Castellet or to the Callanques nature park along the coast. You can also visit the zoo or the diving museum in Sanary.
Flights are available from Berlin, Vienna (Ryanair), Frankfurt, Munich (Lufthansa) to Marseille. A bus shuttle every 10 minutes takes you to Marseille St Charles train station. From there there are regional trains to Sanary every hour.
You can travel by train via Paris to Marseille with the ICE. And from there, regional trains (TER) are every hour to Sanary (45 minutes) towards Toulon. From the train station in Sanary, the landlord can pick you up by appointment.

Successful vacation
We can only recommend the holiday apartment, there was nothing missing. There was even more equipment than expected. Very suitable for families. The place is also very beautiful. The harbor and several beaches are within walking distance. The proximity to Toulon is a big advantage. We experienced and saw a lot. Many thanks also to the landlord, who explained everything to us in excellent German and had many excursion tips ready. We will keep the vacation in good memories.

Relaxing Time In Sanary
Quite simply put, I had a fantastic time staying in Sanary. The house and garden is beautiful, with pleanty of space to relax both outside and inside. It feels very peaceful and private, while still being close enough to walk to the seafront and town centre and experience some of the local lifestyle - boulageries, beaches, markets etc.
The host, Lionel, is super helpful, with great knowledge of the area, even offering to take me to nearbye towns and markets and showing me local wines. It really is a beautiful place.
The apartement itself was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed during me stay.

Pleasant stay in Sanary
My brother and I had a wonderful holiday that we would repeat at any time. The holiday flat LANOMADE I AN DER COTE D' AZUR is absolutely recommendable. In the lovingly furnished holiday flat, you feel at home from the very beginning! The landlord has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. Especially the large kitchen, which is perfectly equipped, the two sofas and the TV in the living room contribute to the comfort. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings
In addition, the spacious flat has a large garden with two seating areas, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a shared dinner. You are rewarded every day with idyll and a pleasant holiday atmosphere!
The perfect location of the accommodation invites you to go for a walk, which we did every day. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach or to the centre of Sanary. An organic supermarket and a bakery are also only a 5-minute walk from the accommodation
The landlord speaks fluent German and is always available to answer any questions.
We enjoyed every day in this holiday flat and felt very comfortable. The tranquillity, the sunrises and the great location made our stay in Sanary an experience.
All in all, a wonderful holiday!

Perfect for families and couples
My family and I were very satisfied with the flat overall. It is relatively centrally located. All destinations can be reached quickly. The equipment is complete. This also applies to the kitchen. Together with a separate room (independent annex), a holiday with six people is also possible without any problems. I particularly liked the outdoor area. You sit very relaxed behind plants that grow high and opaque. A tall palm tree and various trees guarantee real holiday flair. The outdoor area is very clean and well maintained. The large gas barbecue belonging to the flat means that the outdoor area can also be used for a barbecue evening.
The property is completely enclosed - ideal especially for families with small children
There is parking space for two cars on the enclosed property
The special thing about this flat is the landlord. He is very friendly and speaks very good German. During a dinner together, he gave us a lot of helpful tips about sights and the local markets. He was always available and also knows the surrounding area very well. It is always a good idea to discuss planned excursions with him.
Even if you don't need one, I recommend a car or a scooter for your holiday, as this makes it easier to get to the beach, the market and the large shopping facilities.
I can fully recommend the flat. I would gladly book it again.

Perfect holiday!
We had a perfect holiday here! The flat and the complex are first class (all electrical appliances from Miele and Sony), the beach is not far and within walking distance. The more comfortable beach of Six-Fours-les-Plages is only a few minutes away by car
The host is a gem, always helpful, speaks perfect German and gave us lots of tips. In the evenings we often sat together casually and had a barbecue together, one day we went on an excursion together. The children didn't want to leave again. Thank you Lionel!

Sich zu Hause fühlen...
Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, gute Betten mit guten Bettdecken (keine üblichen französischen Wolldecken!) , eine sehr reichhaltige Küchenausstattung, SAT-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, also alle deutschen Programme, Internet-Anschluss, Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück, Terasse und Garten: Wir waren bereits zweimal in La Nomade und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Der Vermieter ist nicht nur Vermieter, sondern ein sehr netter Gastgeber!! Bei auftretenden Problemen ist er sehr hilfsbereit und gibt außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.
Es gibt in der Wohnung viele Informationen über die Region.
Wir sind bereits seit vielen Jahren Gäste in Sanary gewesen, werden aber zukünftig immer nur bei Lionel wohnen!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garten zum Seele baumeln lassen
Ich hatte die größere der beiden gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnungen. Im Folgenden beziehe ich mich auf die große Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit sehr hochwertigen Geräten der Marken Miele und WMF ausgestattet. Zwei SONY LED TV's, kostenloses WLAN und Dyson-Lüfter runden das Elektro(nik)-Programm ab. Zwei Bäcker und ein kleiner Bio-Supermarkt sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
Für die große Wohnung gibt es im gekiesten und sehr schön bewachsenem Garten zwei Sitzbereiche mit schönen Holzgartenmöbeln (Tische, Stühle und Liegen mit dicken Polsterauflagen), zwei Sonnenschirmen und einem Gas-Grill. Das Grundstück kann von außen nicht eingesehen werden, man sitzt schön geschützt. Der eigene PKW kann auf dem Grundstück sicher geparkt werden. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über ein zweiflügeliges Tor, das per Fernbedienung bequem geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Das einzige - aber m.E. verschmerzbare - Manko ist die Lage des Anwesens an der Straße. In der Wohnung merkt man vom Straßenverkehr nichts und der Garten liegt hinter dem Haus, so dass man vom Straßenverkehr effektiv nicht viel mitbekommt. Absolute Waldesruhe darf man aber nicht erwarten.
Das ‚Allerbeste‘ aber ist der Vermieter, der immer zur Stelle war, wenn man ihn gebraucht hat und der sehr viele interessante Tipps über den Ort und die Umgebung gegeben hat. Er spricht neben seiner Muttersprache fließend Deutsch und Englisch! Unvergessen waren die Abende, an denen wir bei untergehender Sonne im Hof Petanque (eine Variante des Boules) zusammen gespielt hatten und anschließend frischen Fisch vom Markt gegrillt hatten.
Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt, konnte mich bestens in zwei Wochen erholen und kann die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Ich werde bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Toller Urlaub!
Wir verbringen seit 4 Jahren unseren Familienurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und sind damit sehr zufrieden.
Es ist sauber, gut ausgestattet ( Küche - von Miele, der Rest- von IKEA), aber nicht überfüllt, alles hat seinen Platz. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind gut verteilt sowohl im Haus als im Garten.
Hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner gepflegter Garten, der eine gute Möglichkeit zum erholen bietet. Die Lage ist ruhig, obwohl das Haus nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum liegt. Ein Bioladen in der Nähe ist nur vom Vorteil für uns.
Der Hausbesitzer ist ein intelligenter, für verschiedene Kulturen offener Mensch. Er spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch und dazu sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die alles hat was man braucht!
Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Einrichtung im hösten Standard .
Besonders der Kontakt zu den Vermieter war sehr angenehm er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Für alle die ein Strand Urlaub lieben sind hier genau richtig!

Immer wieder gerne
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet. Hochwertige el. Küchengeräte wie Miete und WMF, ausreichendes Geschirr und Gläser. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt auch der Garten ist mit Blumen, Bäumen und frischen Kräutern eine Wucht. Mann kann mit seiner Sonnenliege im Schatten oder in der vollen Sonne verweilen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht perfekt deutsch. Bäcker Metzger und Obst/Gemüsestand sind in der Nähe.

seit 2003 sind wir 2 mal im Jahr (Frühjahr und Herbst) im Quatier
- Küchenausstattung für 6 Personen, Küchengeräte gehobener Standard (Miele), TV mit Satelitenempfang in 2 Räumen, Internet über W-LAN
- großer Garten (ca. 140 m²) mit Tischen und Stühlen sowie Liegen und Grill, auch Parkplätze für PKW´s auf dem geschlossenen Grundstück vorhanden
- das Gebotene ist seinen Preis wert
- der Vermieter wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück, ist ist täglich erreichbar und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hervorzuheben sind seine deutsch und englisch Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- vom Quatier zum Strand 10 Gehminuten, zur Stadmitte Sanary 15 Gehminuten und zum Bahnhof mit dem Auto 7 Minuten (Pakplätze am Bahnhof kostenfrei ausreichend vorhanden), nächste Autobahnauffahrt Richtung Nizza oder Aix 3 Minuten
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung ca. 5 Gehminuten vorhanden, nächster Supermarkt (SuperU) mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar
- wir waren stets zufrieden und es war eine gute Wahl
