The old farmhouse with thick walls was restored 15 years ago. The living space in the upper floor is about 45 m². In the back is the double-bed with 1.80 m. The 6 windows open a wonderful view to the landscape. The door opens to a terrace where you can have your breakfast. The kitchen is just in the back. Outside are the steps into the garden and indoor are also stairs to the room underneath, to the second sleeping room with two beds. This room has an own entrance to the garden.

The historical village Lefktron is above Stoupa because of the slope. Through Olives one goes from the house about 10 minute to the beach and for shopping. The baker for the morning Croissants is just down at the road. 3 supermarkets offer (nearly) everything that is offered in the European Union. Car rental service, boat renting and travel agencies are at at the place. With the car one can drive near up to 15 meters to the house.
