Yasemin Complex is located on the coast road to Alanya, nearby are 2 local shops selling bread, milk, fruit, etc. There is a daily delivery of mineral water to the complex. (Or beer/soft drinks if you arrange with the driver). Within 10 minutes walk along the seafront you will find Go-Karting, also new in 2009 is Sea Alanya Dolphin Park just 5 minutes by bus towards Avsallar.The complex itself is quiet, most villas being used as holiday homes for some few weeks of the year - often meaning an empty pool even in the height of summer!The pools and gardens are tended daily by friendly on-site staff, and there is plenty of space to use our kids bikes to cycle on the paths through the gardens.

Opposite Yasemin complex is a small beach - buses run from the beach bar - so there is always a bus available to Konakli (2-3 minutes) or Alanya centre (15-20 minutes).Konakli is a small resort with shops, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, etc. as well as pleasant park areas with fountains and childrens play areas. Supermarkets and ATM machines also to be found here, as are Turkish Baths (Hammam) and nightclub.Avsallar 10 mins in the other direction along the coast road - also shops, restaurants, etc, here the beaches are excellent, Water Planet Aqua Park is lots of fun, new for 2009: "Sea Alanya" a sea life centre.Alanya city has all the amenities you would expect of a large cosmopolitan city, patisseries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc, also museums, Alanya castle, harbour with night life and boat trips, Damlatas caves, Aqua Park and 2 broad sweeping blue flag beaches, water sports.
