These really are the most wonderful self-catering holiday cottages in Wales, and Wales is certainly the most beautiful part of Great Britain!
Town and location of object
All three cottages are located in Dylan Thomas's beloved Aeron valley, which runs between the coastal harbour of Aberaeron and the market town of Lampeter. This is Cardigan Bay countryside at its best. Ffynnon Oer Uchaf and Isaf are located in a small hamlet named after the cottages (Ffynn on Oer) on the B4337 between Temple Bar and Cribyn. Troedrhiwfallen is situated in the heart of the village of Cribyn. All three enjoy relaxing rural views. Despite the sense of being a 'world away', we are just a 40 minute drive from the end of the M4.

As the heartland of Welsh culture, and home to Aberystwyth (the 'REAL' capital of Wales), Ceredigion has a remarkably lively arts and entertainment scene. Theatr Felinfach is just 2 miles down the Aeron valley from the cottages. Films are shown weekly in the University at Lampeter, and larger cinemas and theatres are just 35 minutes away at the Arts Centre and the Commodore Cinema in Aberystwyth or Theatr Mwldan in Cardigan. In the summer months a week doesn't go by without there being a festival in one of the local towns, be it the organic food festival at Lampeter (often attended by HRH Prince Charles) or the Seafood Festival at Aberaeron. Ask at the friendly local Tourist Information (Aberaeron) and they will tell you where to go and what to see during your stay.Arrival and distances
