At just 8Km from Perugia, this area inspires the way of life from simpler times. Surrounded by pines, ancient acorn trees, and depending on the season fields of corn, wheat, and sunflowers. “I Perugini” is the ideal location to spend a relaxing vacation without forgetting the fun. There is a wide garden that can be used for lunches and dinners, where any apartment (“Casale I Perugini” is composed by several apartments) has his own table with a big green umbrella. Some of the amenities available include a pool with a diving board and chaise lounges, a volleyball court, foosball, ping pong, a bocce court and barbeque. Creating a perfect environment for families with children of all ages. APARTMENT: The apartment is on the ground floor composed of a dinning room with fire place, a kitchen (with stove, oven, fridge-freezer), one bathroom and one double bedroom. WHERE WE ARE The Casale I Perugini is situated in a strategic position close to the major city centers and landscapes of Umbria and it is therefore an excellent starting point for exploring this beautiful region. At only 1 km you will find the small village of Colle Umberto where you can go shopping, eat out at night or just have an ice cream. ABOUT US: Hello I am Valentina, born and raised in Umbria and the owner of "Casale I Perugini”. This house, which was once a simple farm, I was handed down from my great-grandfather, who, in the 50’s, bought it as his country residence. In the early 80's my parents decided to turn the farmhouse into one of the first rustic accommodations, following a new trail that was slowly establishing in those years, that of rural tourism. For some years I have been dealing with the Casale full time, it is a job that I am passionate about and that gives me the opportunity of always being in contact with people of different cultures from around the world. My husband Luca and I live in one of the apartments of the Casale, so I will be present every day and I will look after all your needs. If you’ll be guests of Casale I Perugini you’ll find out that my purpose is to ensure that you enjoy the taste of a real Italian holiday characterized by relaxation, conviviality and good food.
