In the smooth landscape of the rolling hills in the green heart of Umbria you will find the farmhouse “Casa Morinello”. It’s part of an extensive manor that is also home to the villas „Casa Nocino“ and „Casa Roseto“. Near the medieval town of Todi and just 30 km away from Perugia, this location is perfect for enjoying the silence and the view on the beautiful landscape on the one hand, and enjoying the cultural heritage of this region on the other hand. The 240 m² stone house has been recently restored paying attention to preserve the local typical characteristics. The traditional joist ceiling, terracotta floors, solid wood doors and handmade furniture emanate a cosy atmosphere, supported by the matching colours of the curtains. On the ground floor the living room with antique fireplace, a well-equipped brick-built kitchen, a double room and a shower bath are waiting for you. On the upper floor, which is also accessible via an outdoor staircase, there is another kitchen and three double bedrooms with a bathroom each. The sun-hungry will find nice spots by the pool, which is open from May to the end of October. Furthermore on request it is possible to use the small spa with whirlpool, Turkish bath and gym machines.
