"Villa Pedro is an example of one of our 60 Fereinhäuser. - The detached house comes with its Mediterranean architecture and homely character. It is fully equipped and has a large pool. The land in question have a magnificent grounds in the curious. Looks from the outside got no chance. A special clue is the "tower room" that can be reached via spiral staircase from the terrace. The house has a full-fledged, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, etc. The living room, dining area is pleasantly decorated, and has a fireplace. This makes the house even in the low season and over the winter very appealing.

The beach is just 250m away from the house and is easily reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. The "Centro Commerzial" with restaurants, a bread shop and a smale supermarket is located less than 1km away.

Riumar lies in the middle of the Ebro Delta, the second largest nature reserve in Spain, close to the Ebro River estuary. A total of about 20 km long, shallow beach is surrounded by an impressive dunes. Riumar offers peace and seclusion, away from mass tourism and is ideal for family vacations. For variety in the city shall, inter alia, the Deltarium with its own park for climbing, an archery facilities, a paintball arena and much more. The surrounding area offers a variety of excursions.
